Intro to Pole ~ For the first-time, beginner student. You will get a glimpse of the kind of moves you will learn in our classes. You will be introduced to the basic spins, grips, and to the mechanics of climbing. These skills will help you start your pole vocabulary. We will also answer any studio questions you might have and help you decide what pass is appropriate for you.
Wear shorts, tank top or sports bra. Do not slather on the lotion (lotion will not help you). Lastly, you will be barefoot for this class.
