Turkey Burn~Get ready to sweat and burn those Thanksgiving calories at our Turkey Burn class! Join us on Thursday, November 27th, at 9:30 AM for an action-packed 90-minute workout led by the fabulous Erica. 

We'll kick things off with a 40-minute boot camp style workout to get your heart pumping and muscles working. Then, unleash your inner dancer with 30 minutes of exhilarating pole moves that will have you feeling strong and sassy. Finally, wind down with 20 minutes of deep stretching to help you recover and relax.

This class is perfect for all levels, so whether you're a fitness newbie or a seasoned pro, come ready to have fun and work up a sweat! Let's make room for that Thanksgiving feast while enjoying a great workout together. Don’t miss out on the fun – see you there!
